The Butia looks very stretched. It probably grew in a bright spot but outside direct sunlight. Take care to adapt the plants slowly to full sun because they can burn badly...

plants are back outside

the med fan palms were brought out a few days ago and all the rest of my plants yesterday

tried pitching the idea of planting the butia permanently in the ground and protecting in place for the winter but the answer was no so it will have to stay in the pot

i brought all my plants inside after work each night this week...

when i brought my butia in it took up almost half of my grow space!

i crammed the other palms in with it hopefully the light can get to each of them

they are closer to one of the lights then they have been in past years so hopefully it doesnt stretch for light too much

the weather had been nice lately so i had been watering a fair bit... made it quite the chore to bring them downstairs :)

Are you packing those downstairs? I used to do that, made me hate my wife's sagos. When we moved I mandated a walkout basement.
