Hard to give a positive ID at that size, but looks typical of B odorata. Any reason why you think it might not be odorata? 99+% of cultivated Butias are odorata.

There's a bit of variability in B.odorata. To guess something else, it would have to be flowering.

I agree  with the answers above. My young B.eriospatha shows a purplish collor at the base of the petioles. Not sure how this looks on young B.odorata because I only cultivated one....
