Here is my blue alba in San Antonio showing some nice color!  I transplanted it to the RGV and it wasn't happy being moved but it's recovering.

Grown from seed now 25 years old.  Picture is about 3 years old.  Hard to get a clear view.

Just planted this a couple weeks ago. Hoping for a couple warm winters to gain some size. Hopefully not a huge zone push.

Bubba, this palm in the photo has a different form than the albas Ive seen.  Looks more like a cuban copernicia with the leaf symmetry.  Might it be a hospita or hospita hybrid?  Seems like more leaflets per leaf and not as deeply divided as an alba as well.  Gorgeous palm that speaks cuba to me!

If this is the one in Fairchild Tropical Garden then yes I think it is mislabeled. It is almost certainly a Hospita or Yarey. I was just there about a month ago and noted that they had made that mistake.

Probably a mislabeled Palm in Key Largo. Copernicia's hybrid easily and multitudinously!
