I love the effect of understory plants with reflective leaves when they shine back blue, makes things look more like a lush jungle to me. Many common temperate species have this quality e.g. shade-grown Virginia creeper

still displaying what I mean right now despite sky being less blue/it being almost sunset (during cloudy noons it is much more apparent)

And plenty of spectacular tropicals that do this even more e.g. this Piper sold by Jungle Leaves:

If anyone has others to share I'd love to see them! I'm looking to add some more in a few gardens I manage but neither of the above are both available and suitable.

(Also I specifically mean reflective leaves. I have iridescent blue plants as well but none are suited for this site.)
