I got this as B. alfredii and it is now in the age when the entire leaves start to divide, but I do not remember whether the palm gets through this stage, with these "windows". Or is it B. fenestralis?

You can get little windows like that with baby Afredii, just before the leaves start to go pinnate.  Fenestralis has bigger windows that go on and on.
