It might be a Dwarf Cavendish, sometimes they have reddish markings when they are young.  There are some other types like Sikkimensis, Siam Red, and Zebrina or Rojo.

@DTS1 there was a thread on here a few weeks ago about reddish coloring on small bananas. 

Small bananas, especially when grown from tissue cultured culms, sometimes have unusual coloring for the first few leaves.  I really don't know if Basjoo ever have reddish splotches.  If they fade and disappear in the next couple of leaves then you'll be able to tell what type it is.
