My guess is Parajubaea. I am not that knowledgeable on cold climate palms though. I would imagine someone from California will have a better answer.

Farinifera have more rounded fruit.  They are not as long. About 5 cm vs 9.5 cm long for the more elongated regalia. How big is that fruit?

Helpful. The seeds are elongated, and around 9.5cm.
