My Quito Coconut Parajubaea  cocoides is loaded with developing seeds after 14 years.

- grown from seed off Darold petty tree located in Sunset San Francisco

Everyone promised to find me one of these but nothing ever eventuated, so I am jealous of that pretty specimen of yours.  So what if they die in 20 years, I will be in the same state by then !
