Hi all,

I am a Dutch member of the IPS and  looking forward to attend the mini-biennial trip to Réunion Island! Tomorrow I leave for Mauritius and I was wondering if I could contact IPS members or other palm enthousiasts to visit their gardens. Thanks for your reply!

Hi Peter! We are leaving soon as well, and thrilled to be joining you in Reunion.

The IPS has added additional private gardens for the mini-biennial, however I don’t  know anybody yet in Mauritius. I hope somebody does and answers this thread. In the meantime, there are two public gardens which are very important Mauritius. I’ve been once before, and absolutely love this island.

Hi Andy,

thanks for your reply. I was thinking of contacting Palmeraie Union, the Reunion Palm Society and browsing through their free Latania magazine. Looking forward to meet you in Reunion!
