These are seeds of a fan palm i want to identify, it's the same seeds the ones in the left a peeled, they're about 2-4mm in size with no flesh and 6-7mm with it. also, any tips to germinate them?

Washingtonia. Not sure if they are filifera or robusta...or filibusta. I have germinated filifera . Probably usual methods...heat, sterile media, moist but not wet, minimal or no light (introduce sunlight gradually after germination)

Thanks for the answer i really appreciate it. This is the tree, can you tell which one is it?

And for the heat treatment, is it like with Leucaena, i usually deep them in boiling water for 2min and then sow them in potting mix, or is it another process?

Looks like filibusta. (hybrid) NO boiling water! Just plant them in soil, keep warm, and they will sprout. Probably the easiest palm species to grow, bar none.
