Hello…

I have 3 established Sylvester palms that started dropping their new spears. The fronds that didn’t drop dried up or did not completely open. I was able to pull some of the new sickly fronds out of the bud. 
 

I started treating with hydrogen peroxide and copper fungicide. One of the palms is starting to shoot new crinkled fronds. I have attached pictures. I think it may be a bad boron deficiency or manganese deficiency. I would appreciate any insight as I am worried these trees are dying. Thank you in advance!
