Hymenosporum flavum a beautiful rainforest tree with almost gardenia like scented flowers such a strong perfumed flower a wonderful tree dry tolerant easy to propagate it’s actually almost a weed in my sandy soil the ones I do find about the garden I sometimes leave them to grow as a pioneer tree it was one of the first trees I planted in my garden more than twenty years ago a spectacular Australian native rainforest tree well worth growing in any garden
