Check / contact: Australian Native Plants ( in Calif. )  They do ship plants ( and seed )  and appear to have 1gals ( listed at $15.00 on their availability list ).  Doesn't appear there is a Phyto. restriction to send plants there, like there is for them to send stuff here ( for whatever reason )  but i'd contact them to be sure if interested..

Also distribute seed, but looks like fresh seed of Hymnospermum is on back order atm.  I know there are numerous specimens around S. Cal. as well, so hopefully a fellow member here could send you seed when it is ready.  Pretty easy to germinate in Spring / if you have a greenhouse.

There's a dwarf form of the species called " Gold Nugget " as well, but have yet to see it in the trade here in the states..  Looks interesting regardless.
