Coconut palm identification new here!

Hello everyone, I’m new to the board and just like all of you I am obsessed with palms…but more specifically coconut palms!

I moved to Florida at the end of 2020 and finally bought a house last spring. I love the tropical weather here in Southeast Florida and looked for house without an HOA specifically so I can plant a bunch of coconut palms lol.  I noticed something different about one of my coconuts and that the tips of the frawns/petioles are not curved like the other ones. They stay straight all the way to the tip. The first two pictures are what I believe to be green Malayan dwarfs, third picture I think  is a yellow Malayan dwarf and 4th and 5th picture is the unknown variety in question. Any guesses would be cool or if I’m wrong on the first two palms let me know!
side question… does anyone know how long they take to start fruiting after being cut out of the ground and transplanted? Some had fruit on it when bought but haven’t grown any back since transplanting. Thanks!
