Is my kentia stunted?

It’s been a month since the new frong only my kentia has expanded. My concern is that the front doesn’t appear to be growing its stem :( anything I’m doing wrong?

Looks fine to me. The rachis of the new leaf will emerge with time. Lots of palm seedlings do this when they step up their leaf size.

Would agree with others. I have one that i found by the street bins earlier in the summer that was in far worse condition, and is now thriving

Really? I find them to be medium growers. Faster than my Majestys.
