Yucca cuttings- are they struggling?

Hi all. I recently planted some Yucca cuttings (2months ago) and the ones with the longer branches seem to be struggling. Especially the ones that were planted a bit longer after being cut. Should I recut them closer to the green tips? And replant? Or just wait? It was probably done at the wrong time of year too. They Just became available unexpectedly.
