Washingtonia Robusta Disease ID

Hi, looking for some guidance on what to do with a large Washingtonia Robusta that seems to be dying. It was nice and healthy only about 3 months ago but since then has declined rapidly. I thought it was just a nutrient deficiency but it has not responded to a standard palm fertilizer. I know it's difficult to see in the pics but the latest frond coming out is very undersized and already browning on the leaf edges. At this point I feel that it's not able to be saved but just wanted to get some thoughts on what is the cause, we have several others nearby and am worried it is something transmittable.

Thanks!

Sorry to see your palm doing so badly. Hard to tell from the pix. Sometimes these are hit by lightning, but west FL hasn't seen many storms so I don't know if that could be it.

On the plus side, your area is borderline z10a and there are many options to replace this common, overused palm.
