Yes...1 has very little roots and the others on etsy look a bit beat up especially for the price and shipping cost.  Thanks!

Redland Nursery shows availability right now for R. multifida. The late John DeMott was an important South Florida figure in the IPS and founded the company, and his son Jeffrey now runs it with other family members...they will sell retail and ship, at least they have in the past. They have excellent prices but also an extraordinary inventory that may prove a great danger to your wallet, so if you head down the Tamiami Trail, note that you have been forewarned! I think in the past they have given slight discounts to IPS members, as well, it wouldn't hurt to ask. Here's the listing from their website:

Rhapis multifida, Jade Palm, Finger Palm3G / 10"Shade Grown$35.00 each
Rhapis multifida, Jade Palm, Finger Palm15G / 17"Shade Grown, 8-10ft HT$225.00 each
Rhapis multifida, Jade Palm, Finger Palm45G / 28"Shade Grown, Specimen, 8-12ft HT$650.00 each

If for some reason that doesn't work, according to PlantAnt, Botanics Wholesale (Homestead) has large plants (25gal/21") that they describe as 6-7' high (no price given). So you might give them a call, if they'll sell it to you as a retail customer...otherwise perhaps you can have a local retail source order it for you from them.

Let's Grow Florida (letsgrowflorida.com, also have shops on Etsy/eBay) normally carry it but show it as sold out right now. Their prices are higher than, say, Redland, but lower than some of the crazy prices from the other vendors on Etsy/eBay. They are nice people, I have found them attentive and plants are of good quality in my own experience, if sometimes a little on the small side. You could contact them and I have found in the past that they will try to source plants for you.

I bought one of the Multifida from DharmaDarling on Etsy...overpriced but a good plant and well packed.  That was before I learned that Humilis and Multifida have been lumped together as the same species.  I read other good things about Redlands, but I have not tried mailorder from them...yet!  :D

Edit:  Actually I did order several Licuala Peltata v. Sumawongii from "rednsy" on eBay, back when they briefly had a store there about 3 years ago.
