Where could I buy rarer palm seeds?

I really like this palm and I would like to have it in my collection, I saw a seller from French Guyana in eBay that sells seeds of this palm and they seem cheap.  The only second-hand online store that we have in mexico and sells seeds is Mercado Libre and there are sellers that don't ship you what you ordered, however, no one in that site sells B. major seeds even though they are also native to Mexico.

In your experiences, how trustful are eBay sellers regarding seeds?

Buyer beware on eBay some very reliable sellers of fresh quality seeds then the other side of the coin is sellers that list seeds when fresh only to still sell them way after being viable knowing that won’t germinate down to outright no good seeds regardless of age you just have weed out the good from the bad only through experience and previous purchases from one seller to the next

Please make sure that what is sold is not a product of poaching. The demand for rare species threatens many with extinction. I have a biologist friend who works in conservation in Sumatra and he told me the problem is huge.

I am aware of the problem, this happens here in mexico as well except the species that are being affected the most are Chamaedoreas.
