Parlour palm, flower buds or fruits?

What are they? I am very confused, as it had never set fruit before, althhough it blooms regularly.

If it blooms but doesn’t set fruit, then is not pollinated.

Tough call but if flowers, they should open soon.  If Fruit, (  Which i have a suspicion they might be )  you'll also know soon as they continue developing / ripening.. 

Might try to pop one off the stalk and cut it open to examine.

I think it’s immature fruits at this point.   

My cats flower and seed every year.   Usually in spring, bright yellow flowing structures come up and release a lot of pollen.   Then green berries later.   Then the bracts will turn orange and the berries will slowly ripped to black.   Eventually they get hacked off in trimming at some point, as these get much bigger and bushier and messier than I planned, and are kind of out of control….
