Both male and female specimens are hybrids from the same cross of hybrid reclinata (male) with pure reclinata (female). One seeing both plants could swear that they are a cross between dactylifera and reclinata and even more impressively fruits and seeds look and taste almost like real dates  and ripen within three months since setting. I guess that if someone wants a dactylifera tolerant of high air moisture, this hybrid could be an interesting choice with the bonus of edible, date like fruits. I made out of the them date liqueur and birds seem to prefer them too.  10 seeds 5 € with postage included in the price or 20 seeds 5 € with additional postage of 2,5 € postage.
