Aloes in bloom in my garden as we close out January.  There were a couple of humming birds that would leave the blossoms as I photographed one Aloe to move on to one a little further away.  While I may have disturbed there feeding on one Aloe species, I definitely didn't interrupt their feeding with so many alternatives.  Perhaps I even encouraged them to cross pollinate a couple and will get some hybrid sprouts out of the seeds.  Aloe cameronii, Aloe maculata, Aloe microstigma, Aloe 'Rooikappie' (Little Red Riding Hood Aloe), Aloe speciosa, Aloe ferox represented in these photos.
