Can anyone tell me what type of fungus this is in on my Sylvester Palm and how to treat? I live near Hilton Head, SC and had 2 trees installed about 2 years ago.  One of the trees has developed this fungus. I would appreciate any help you can provide. It seems to get worst after a rain. I have used Copper fungicide spray on it and it seems to help but then the fungus returns. 

I appreciate any help you can provide.
