Tomorrow I'm buying some Bactris major seeds, when they arrive I want to keep them indoors because it's cold (between 9C and 25C) outside, For anyone who has germinated Bactris species before, what mix should I use to sprout them and how much space do they need? Do they have to be on the surface or do I have to cover them completely? Also since it's winter, how much should I water them and between which temperatures should I keep them? and, should I take them out on warm sunny days?
