Brachychiton rupestris seeds

Hello,

I'm looking for seeds of the Queensland bottle tree, Brachychiton rupestris. Anybody have a fruiting tree out there?

I'm in California and could pick up in the SF Bay Area, San Diego, or near major freeways between the two metros. Or, can take packages of course.

Thanks,
Jason Dewees

Hit up our friend @Josue Diazin Fesno. He has a several years old tree or two in the ground, maybe still. Don't know if they're big enough to flower yet, but must be around 10 or 12' tall by now...

Solid zone 9, I can expect at least one night in the mid to low twenties every year.

Hot, dry summers. Cold, wet winters.

Mine haven't bloomed or seeded, but there is a flat of B. rupestris in 4-inch pots at Evergreen Nursery in Fresno currently. Nice, 12-inch seedlings for $14.
