Hope this doesn't sound frivolous but can anyone recommend/identify wall calendars devoted to palm trees?

I would enjoy such a fine sight of palm trees every day  :P

Give me a palm calendar any day.

I recall we had some a while back, but they were a bit too expensive at the time . . .

in 2003 & 2004 a calendar...in poster form ...was included in the IPS journal's mailing of Palms.

Anyone know why it is no longer  ??

I'm still enjoying the IPS palm calander mailed out earlier this year. I'm hoping ther'll be a 2008 :)

I picked one up for $1 at the Dollar store! It is actually a 18 month, 2008 calendar for tropical islands, but every month has a shot of some tropically zoned palm. I know this may not be the best calendar for us palm nuts, but it is better than a calendar of cats!

Gratefully, the best of both worlds!

I too am enjoying my 2007 Palmtalk calendar with pics from our very own posters.  PM Dean, maybe he can connect you with the source to get one.  You can set it up for any months you want.

Since we're in October now - the picture is a real purdy Lipstick Palm. I think it must be Bo's.

Ithought the Palmtalk calendar was quite reasonable.

Thanks Dean!  :D

I'm hoping there will be another calendar with a selection of this year's photos from Palmtalk.  Do you remember the photo contest and voting?  There were so many great shots, it was hard to narrow it down to 12.  And I agree with Bill, the price was quite reasonable.

Is there a plan to repeat the calendar this year, Mr. Moderator?

Scott,

Just saw your post now - must have missed it back in early Oct! Yes, the Cyrtostachys is ours, and that particular one is about 6 ft away from our kitchen window. My wife has that exact photo on her business cards!
