Wondering how much it grows, if i fertilize and water it properly how fast will it grow? Also how often should I prune it I recently pruned it.

I can't speak for you climate but they have a moderate growth rate in general.  Unfortunately you have overpruned it so its going to be set back a while it works on growing new fronds.  I wouldn't touch it for a year or two.  Generally you leave any green fronds on the tree, but I found mine never browned off so I wouldI prune any fronds that are laying on the ground.  Here's few pics of mine for reference.  The first is after I pruned it.

They grow fairly slow here in Southern California but that one is the size where they pick up a bit of speed . I would allow it to grow out a bit so it can grow . Harry

I have to agree with others comments if the leave were brown you want to prune them off.  I also believe that over pruning  makes the trunk s skinner.


By leaving green leaves on your helping the palm to draw more energy into growth.  

here’s a picture of one after a bad winter I kept as much green on the palm as possible there were more leaves on the bottom that were badly burnt. 
you have a nice looking palm tree 🌴 just over pruned is all.
