Any Chance for My Robustas?

I mounted an old Sabal Front to create a bit of shade.  Perhaps the transplant shock was worsened due to transplant coinciding with the onset of the summer heat. Basically the day I planted it onward has been at or near 100 degrees.

@WacoPalmI have had a bit of a hard time doing transplanted filifera this time of year(heat/midsummer).  Hopefully it will come around.  Give it time, they can play "dead" for some time.

For me, going from a pot to in the ground I ensure the pot and potting hole have been thoroughly moist for a bit(days) before planting.

They like moisture when actively growing. They also love your climate minus a couple days every thirty years.  I grow some filifera from seed out of Cleburne after the robusta were killed in 2011.

IDK if this help identify the issues. I don't know what these symptoms mean but the bottom boots pulled right off today. They looked black and soft on the edges. Under the boots seemed white with little white bugs. Is this rot? do i need to spray with fungicide?

I think its ok.  Just make sure the mulch isn't up against the palm.  You need to leave a ring of soil around the trunk.
