While visiting another temple in India this time flowers were the main landscape theme plant in containers and in garden beds all well grown in excellent condition adding even more vibrancy and colour to India

Yeah they really love decorating their temples.

I was hiking up a mountain.

Thousands of feet up on the side of the hiking trail, right on the edge of the mountain, was a tiny temple with hundreds of blooming flowers in pots around it.

The people hiked all the way up with flowers in pots just to place them there, say a prayer and go back home

Its pretty amazing to see their dedication and piety

Iam sure that would have been a sight to see adding to your adventure even more the Punjab is the food bowl of India so they certainly know how to add  colour to there temples I also saw a lot of palms being used as well giving a more stately grand atmosphere to there temples
