My understanding from reading up on transplanting Rhopies here in NZ is that the bigger they get the less chance of a successful transplant. The root ball you would need to extract in one piece would be huge for a palm of that size. Seems like it would need to be a very well resourced transplant operation to have any chance of success. Kudos to anyone who can pull it off!😄

I believe it's one of those species that don't like warm nights.  I doubt that it'd be happy in Miami.
