Can anyone help ID this small clumping palmate?
Grows to about 3 metres.
This was shot in Rajapreuk Gardens, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
I found a few old seeds that I thought would not be viable, but in fact I now have one shooting, and thus would like to know what I have.

Thanks,   John E, Hua Hin, Thailand

It is Serenoa Repens. There is a green and silver/blue form. The flowers are fairly fragrant. Native to the Southeast U.S..
