Another Nice palm  to have in containers a great mottled look with a nice shape a excellent patio plant worth having in any collection

These are both gorgeous and tough, a rare combination !  I bought one labelled Benga Dawn about 3 years ago but after seeing yours I think I have been gypped.  Mine only has very sparse mottling, nowhere near as spectacular as the ones in the photo. It's started to clump too🤮

 perhaps you just got the standard pachystachys benga dawn and heaven forbid peachy not another clumping palm it’s kinda like how I don’t eat onions 🧅 it just cuts out on so many great food dish’s from around the world a bit like the  clumping palms for you it just rules out so many great palms it’s tricky buying plants from so called reputable growers but sometimes the grower does make mistakes being sold what they think is the real deal when the seed merchant completely knows there scamming
