steps to starting seeds on a suspected solitaire palm

I found some newly dropped solitaire seeds, some cleaned by birds others fresh, all from less than 24 hours off the infruictesence (spelling?). I have them in a cup of water for now until i can clean them, any tips on starting it? I know they are easy to germinate but what to do to get them started successfully?

They clean up real easy after a good soak. I imagine they would sprout pretty well in a community pot with peat and perlite or even straight coco coir. 4-6 weeks in a hot but shady spot.
The way I’ve done them a couple times is in a baggie with orchid moss or coco coir on a heat mat. As hot as its been you could probably just put the bag outside somewhere protected and they will sprout. I like the steady control of a heat mat even in the summer myself.

I'll use my heat matt too i think. Better inside too for control like you said.  Hoping for all ten in a cluster together, that would be neat to have a grove of them.

These were extremely easy ( ...and fast )..

Tossed a hand full of seed in a couple pots and placed them under one of my plant benches in the back yard.  Sprouted within a few weeks.  Pretty sure it was this time of year i'd started them, along w/ a bunch of other stuff i'd collected on a early summer visit to Kopsick.

Would rate them to be about as easy as Washingtonia, Sabal, and / or Veitchia  which were clawing to get out of their 1gal pots / approx 20" tall within a couple months of sprouting.

No heat mat needed..

@flplantguy If they don't work out or you need more I will gladly send you some. There are hundreds ripening on the mature one I have outside.
