Standard Monstera deliciosa is good to around 28F under canopy/no frost. You're still looking at a melted mess in the mid 20s though unless very short duration. The stems/nodes at/near ground level will make shoot out again provided the ground never freezes. It's a pretty reliable occasional dieback perennial in the warmer half of zone 9. Maybe as a yearly dieback perennial in the warmest parts of zone 8 with extra mulch/intentional siting. It's not something that wants to be frozen to the ground every year. It's a step up in tenderness from something like Philodendron bipinnatifidum (selloum).

Yeah they melt below about 28. They will come back most of the time, but then you have to get it big again.
