The only thing I've ever seen regarding this palm is a posting on etsy for seeds.

I bought some from this source about a year ago. The germination rate was a little sub par, but a few seedlings made it.

Adams Gardens Wholesale Nursery down in Harlingen, TX?   Probably landscape size palms.  Maybe they would sell to the general public if asked.  Might be worth a try.

I don't think what Wally is selling down there are actually pusilla because they are giant and they all sucker and the leaflets are very droopy and soft.  They look more like some strange kind of rupicola hybrid than pusilla.  Plus his are all like 30ft tall and I can't plant that, lol
