Hi all,

Can anyone point me in the right direction towards literature or Palmtalk threads that specifically discuss/describe the flowering cycle of Lodoicea maldivica? I'm particularly interested in understanding typically how often females produce an inflorescence over a 12 month period, timespan from spathe opening to anthesis, and how long flowers remain receptive to pollen.

The only thing I do know is the fruits take up to 7 years to mature.
