White powdery stuff all over palms. Is it normal?

Hey guys is this white fungus looking stuff dangerous for the palm trees or is it okay? Really hoping it is okay as I really want these to survive. If it is not okay what steps would you recommend to take care of the problem?

Looks just fine to me. Not entirely unusual with Chamearops humilis and this appears in varying degrees within the genus.

Okay thanks, but I also have a very young sylvester palm and the new frond in the middle appears to have some white looking substance on and around the tip of it while the other 3 sylvesters I planted don’t have it. Do you think this is fine as well?

Yes, looks fine - perfectly normal.  The powdery white substance on your Chamaerops is called tomentum.  Here's a couple shots of mine:IMG_20231231_140431.thumb.jpg.41468b9919ac07c5cbe3cf54bd8378b0.jpgIMG_20231231_140441.thumb.jpg.474776cf2c519d044ee35abd0d91e6f0.jpg
