This thread is about plants in pots but since it is about all plants and not only palms, I decided to put it here.

Which plants have been most sensitive to repotting for you? Have you lost plants after repotting or have you had any major damage?

For me it's been the usual suspect: Ficus lyrata. When I repotted it it lost all leaves and refused to produce more for several months. And that's despite the fact that I did not remove the old soil or disturb the roots.

Other than that I haven't had issued with repotting so far. My Howea seems to react fine, despite its reputation; I've repotted it twice already. I even carelessly pulled out some Schizolobium and Cassia seedlings a month back and stuck them into new soil (I didn't really care if they'd survive as I had too many) and they made it despite their young age and my rough manners!
