Two years ago I noticed a seedling growing under my Foxtail that was variegated.  I built up the soil around it and flooded it to soften the soil.  I was able to dig it out.  It's been growing nicely in my shade house and will get planted out this fall.  Less than 10 feet from the Foxtail are three Veitchia arecina.  I'm assuming my seedling is a cross between the two.  Whatcha think?
