Has anyone tried growing Syagrus Microphylla in Southern California?

I can’t help with a cultivation guide but I will add that I got 10 very pricey seeds from RPS but they were basically rotten on arrival. Would love to grow this, pretty sure they’d grow well in coastal California and other temperate climates base on their habitat.

Thanks for the reply, I wanted to see if it is possible to grow this unique palm in Inland Empire. I like how it grows only up to a foot. I was trying to research about it because I’m in zone 10a, and When researching I realized it could be possible, but I haven’t heard about many growers trying this palm. Also I was a bit worried about the possibility of it surviving the winters.

Thanks again:
