I live in Central Florida and I’m always on the lookout for palm trees. I pretty much look at every palm tree I drive by our walk by it’s a habit.

The leafs seem less droopy and more palmate. If I’m saying it right, am I crazy or does this look a little different than the other sables you see?

I suggest you re-post with a title of "need palm ID".  Sure doesn't look like a sabal to me but Im sure someone here can ID it.

Formerly in Gilbert AZ, zone 9a/9b. Now in Palmetto, Florida Zone 9b/10a??

Looks the same to the sabal palmettos on my property. when it comes to sabals though, seems like they don't mind hybridizing more easily...
