Cold Hearty Windmill Palm

One of our palms looks like it might have a fungus, but we’re not exactly sure or how to treat it. Can you tell by our photos what this might be and if the tree can be saved. It has some new fronts coming out of the top, but they just seem to be at a standstill.

Try to pull the central spear.  Pour hydrogen peroxide down the hole if the sea pulls. You could pour hydrogen peroxide (from the drugstore) straight out of the bottle into the crown once a week for a few weeks even if it doesn't pull..

Your ("Cold Hearty") cold hardy palm looks find as does it's new ("fronts") fronds. If you see anything that concerns you, as suggested, spray the area with H2O2. Keep the palm dry during the treatment process.
