Can anyone identify this Sabal for me?

This Sabal has been growing in my 8a zone yard for at least 10-15 years.  It has survived 8 degrees F without any protection or leaf damage (from cold). It is constantly attached by scale though.  Leaves look like Chinese fan palm, but I'm sure it is a sabal.  Has a very small 5-6" trunk. I wonder if this is a sabal palmetto, but somehow damaged by constant spider mite spraying.  Soaping and oiling have not worked well over the years, so I now use a systemic spray too control.

I have been growing palms in my yards since the 70's. Have hundreds of windmill, needle, Sabal and other palms mostly grown from my own seed. or seedlings.  I've planted and grown so many, I don't remember where this one came from 🙂

Included some bonus pictures of my yard alsoimage.thumb.jpeg.2ef7058540760a7c1e91e56d085de3da.jpeg

Yard looks nice!  Can't ID your Sabal without seeing its seeds.  My guess would be palmetto or minor based on your freeze data and age.  Not a fast grower!  😄

Looks like S.minor grown in shade. If scale is a problem, I would assume NOT palmetto

Nice mule. No problem in z8a?

I have to heat tape and wrap my Mule, Brahia, queen, and sugar palms (one each).  I have two palmettos out of about 6 that get scale,  coincidentally those two were dug up and moved, then got scale.  Thanks for input.
