i wanted to compare my recent photo to others, and realized photos of this palm are very sparse, and photos of the inflorescence seem to be nonexistent online

so to celebrate my recent session at Floribunda i want to contribute this photo to all the search engine crawler robots, wishing that humanity will one day be saved from the oil palms that are replacing biodiversity, and the underlying human greed that fuels the destruction

The one I have has flowered many times but never set seed

same at Floribunda, they are protogynous so it makes it tricky

the one in Jeffs collection likes to taunt us with fake seeds
