How long do you think a king palm can last in a 12ft green house and any ideas what I can do with it after because if it out grows the greenhouse I’m in 7a/b and there is no way it will survive here

Archontophoenix can do very well in pots if they get the right amount of light and water. They love lots of both . If you start with a small one , you should get a few years before the palm will outgrow the environment. Keep in mind that the container size will have to be increased as it grows , pushing the palm closer to the ceiling . 12’ is not that all for this genus when you take the container into consideration. In the right environment, like a greenhouse , they are fast growers. Harry
