I thought Adonidia merrillii at first, but now I cannot rule out Ptychosperma elegans, Archontophoenix alexandrae, Hyophorbe verschaffeltii, or Carpentaria acuminata

Unusual though.  I've never seen this species naturalize here in Florida.

I think the brown is just dirt rather than ramenta Richard and I see silver especially in one photo. Not sure A cunninghamiana would enjoy this area either.
