Black spots on two different Sabals in my greenhouse.

I’m having a couple problems with two of my sabals in my greenhouse right now. My Sabal Birmingham (small one) is having some black spots on the leaves that were not previously there. And my Sabal Palmetto also is starting to show some spots. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on why this might be happening and any solutions to it.

Thanks!

Do you notice mold or mildew anywhere in the greenhouse?

Thanks for the reply!
Not that I noticed, I have a fan running now to help stir up the air. The humidity was also really high and has since come down some, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I'd take a leaf to a local horticulturalist to have a look...
