Noticed one of my B. Alfredii has brown spots along its petiole. Is this some sort of fungus perhaps? It's only on one frond, not sure how long it's been there. Any information is appreciated

Cheers

never seen that type of stem necrosis on any of my BA's(3), it probably fungal.  If its just on 1-2 leaves I'd cut it off.  And when its cold(~55F lows)out dont use overhead irrigation water.  I'd also get some daconil to hit spots when they are small..  I think it will be OK.

Formerly in Gilbert AZ, zone 9a/9b. Now in Palmetto, Florida Zone 9b/10a??
