Please help; Cyrtostachys Renda Hybrid (Jeff Searle Hybrid)

Yesterday I picked up my potted Cyrtostachys Renda Hybrid from a friend who has been caring for it since April of 2024.

This Palm had previously been in-ground, and was potted in April, to be cared for during an extended trip.

The pot is from Home Depot and has a water reservoir at the base to keep the foot of the palm wet. It was potted with Miracle-Grow cactus, palm & citrus potting mix.

The palm was kept on a screened lanai in Southwest Florida, and has not been fertilized since April.

The palm looked great at time of potting. I was shocked to see it yesterday. Looks sickly.

Any thoughts or advice will be appreciated. Palm will now be on a 19th floor balcony in South Florida, with a westward exposure.

Thanks in advance.

I trimmed the palm up a bit, cleaned up the base, and ordered a 2-pound bag of BGI 8-2-12.

The France that had the most discoloration, I went ahead and trimmed.
