How are the coconuts in northeastern Mexico and South Texas fairing?

I think it's already safe to say that winter is over. This is my coconut after the multiple cold snaps we had this year in the region. Lost 3 fronds and I just cut them today the spear is green and moving faster everyday. This one is an orange panama tall.

My neighbor had one here in AZ. Sadly i don’t have photos of it but he planted it about 3 years ago and it’s been on the struggle bus for a while but it recently touched freezing after some rains and it died sadly.

Here are a couple of recovering coconuts in Harlingen, Texas.  They were defoliated and wrapped up prior to experiencing 27°F this past January.
